Marine Mechanic  ~ Boat Rentals

Perform daily maintenance and repair of the Boat Rental Fleet. To include preventative maintenance, on lake service calls, and some schooling when available. When time allows assist with boat instructions and loading/ unloading our guests. Frequent customer contact both at Marina and on lake. Previous Marine experience and a knowledge of Lake Powell a plus. Evinrude E-tech motors or Westerbeke Generators certifications helpful. Will work flexible schedule in extreme temperatures.

• Pay Range: $12.00 - $25.00 Hourly, Depending on experience

Risk Management Safety Specialist  ~ General Management

Provide guidance of marina and dock oriented services, staff and properties, while interacting and assisting various departments in maintaining safety programs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Primary responsibilities include developing and enforcing continuous improvement program(s) to maintain compliance through education, training, instructions, and documentation thereof. Providing and coordinating marina oriented services with emphasis to the workforce to ensure a responsible, safe and efficient work place. Additional duties include caretaking of property site, assets and ancillary infrastructure, including but not limited to debris, spills, other potential hazards and related concerns that may effect staff, administration and/or the general public. Furthermore promote training and teamwork in accomplishing tasks with proper use and coordination of appropriate tools, equipment, supplies and personnel. Other shift-work duties as assigned during a 24 hour period.
